Checkers

I have an e- voucher for ShopRite which I am failing to redeem . ShopRite refer me to the issuer and the issuer refers me back to ShopRite and then call ShopRite CustomerCare they put me through Computicket , Computicket tell me the voucher hasn't been used they send me back to ShopRite and ShopRite send me back to Computicket and Computicket call and say they will investigate ,but a months have passed they haven't called or replaced the voucher or courtesy to comeback to me.
