charged me twice

<p>Went to capegate to take my kids to the dinosalive. I paid the first time for a family of 4 and apparently according to them it did not go through. Enenthough i received an sms that it went through. They said it happens and it will be reversed. I paid for a second time which showed on their side as successfull.now i am about r700 down.Up until today it has not reversed. I paid twice now and feellike paying almost r700 bucks for this is *******. The bankcant helpme. What now . how ami going to get my money back ??????????</p>
