Charge credit card but no tickets

<p>Attempted to book tickets on Friday. Website claimed transaction had not gone through. Charged THREE times for tickets today. No tickets sent. Called helpline and was informed that the transaction can't be found and that there is nothing they can do. I consider charging me R9000 for nothing *****ing! I will not be letting this go. Appalling behavior </p>
