CHANGING MY TICKETS WITHOUT CONSULTING ME

Apparently Computicket feels that they have a right to change your event ticket to whatever and wherever they like! This is the second incident that has occurred.

I booked tickets to see The Illusionists at Montecasino months ago - in a BOX CLOSE TO THE STAGE.

Printed my tickets today and it says 'stalls' - emailed Computicket only to be told my tickets were changed because because the boxes are now not available anymore. My tickets are now WAY AT THE BACK of the theatre. How is this fair? Had I know the boxes were unavailable I would have booked tickets MUCH closer to the front - money is not an issue!! But you didn't even communicate with me - you just decided to give me ****py seats instead. This happened to me when I booked to see the Lumineers too. It's BS and I won't stand for it this time - I will use every social media platform and consumer complaints forum available to let everyone know what ****** you are!!!
