Cancelled Show No Refund

I bought tickets for a concert that was cancelled, when I went to get a refund I was told to call Computicket and resolve it with them, I then did and I was then requested to send and e-mail to Elvino Nhancale with pics of the tickets and detailing my grievance, I then did, ofwhich I didnt get response until i sent the mail again, I was then told that my grievance has been forwarded to client services, that was on the 31st January, I havent had any feedback since then, when I enquire I get no response, can you please assist.
