Canceled event and have not received my refund

I booked a ticket for the Day vibe experience event for my Birthday celebration, and I was disappointed when I got to people's park stadium as they confirmed that the event was not heled at, they premise. Computicket only sent a confirmation email stating the event was canceled after 2 days from the day of the event, on the email they promised that I will receive my refund within 7 working days but it's now 17 working days, but I still haven't received my refund.
