Bus ticket

I bought a ticket on the 24th of August online From Queenstonw to Worcester the bus suppose to pitch at 19: 55 and it didn't pitch we waited until 00:00 we then decided to back home i went to inquire at the city to city offices i was told that my ticket was cancelled/refunded i must contact Computicket when i contact Computicket they send me back to city to city i reallt don't know what to do anymore I'm angry and frustrated at the same time because this is my hard earned cash
