Bought tickets on Computicket but wasn’t refunded.

On the 23rd of July 2024 I purchased three tickets for the SNK Turns 5 event which costed me R300. The event was then postponed to a later date(30 August 2024) and it was stated on the post where they announced the postponement of the event that everyone who has bought tickets will still be able to use them. The entrance for the event then later changed to being free but since I had already bought the tickets I contacted Computicket on the 29th of August 2024 hoping I would get a refund(as I should). On the 30th of August I went to SNK and it was free entrance as I had stated when I first contacted them about the issue so I decided to try texting about this issue on the 09th of September but till today they haven’t rep**** to my message. The least they could’ve done was to reply and try to assist me about the matter but they didn’t.
