Big Computicket error

I bought 2 tickets for the Match in Africa last year September and was supposed to pick up the tickets from 24 January this year. On Friday, 24 January a complete stranger picked up my tickets as my tickets and his were booked under the same reference.

I explained to the manager at checkers atterbury that the guy who picked up the tickets on Friday, did phone me to say that he has my tickets.

The correct procedure was not followed at Checkers Atterbury. The lady on Friday gave the tickets to this guy without checking the ID number or credit card details.

If this guy was not honest and kept my tickets I would have lost tickets worth R3 000. This is unacceptable.
