Best Customer Service EVER!!!!!

<p>I called Computicket on Monday and spoke to a fabulous lady called Thuli Mbatha, to book tickets for The Vamps, but there was a problem with wheelchair bookings. I explained to her that this was a once in a lifetime oppurtunity for my disabled daughter. Thuli was kind enough to keep me updated as to the status of the seating and she called me this morning to tell me that she had managed to secure the seats. Thuli is a shining example of what exceptional customer service is. She is an asset to Computicket, and with an attitude like her she will definitely be a success. THANK YOU THULI!!!</p>
