Bad service

Bought an event online the purchase was successful and I never got the ETicket and only had a invoice of the ticket but didn’t get the ticket worst part on the day of the event I could even be assisted , I had to purchase another tickets on TicketPro of which I immediately got a ticket access to the event, is been 3 weeks now I made a query of that incident asking for the refund as I never got the ticket and very inconvenient for me to buy tickets again.. computicket has not yet responded to my emails 🙃😩
