Bad service at Computicket

I tried to buy tickets on Computickets website, but problems occurred when I tried to pay for the tickets. There was a message that said "Error occurred. Go back." I tried to go back but I couldn't. I needed to return to the home page, get the tickets all over again and tried to pay it again multiple times. I called the call centre and all that they said is that they could not assist me. This is truly bad service.

My information was entered correctly and my internet connection is very strong - 5G. I tried on a different browser but I still did not succeed with the purchase. I am mad at Computicket for their bad service. They should compensate from their side. This is not fair that my tickets were sold while I was trying to buy them.

I understand that prices and availability is always subject to change until payment is processed but then I should have a fair chance to purchase the tickets without any error occurrences.
