Bad service

The service I got when I was calling customer care line from checkers cookwood was the worst in a lady who couldn’t give us her name regarding my refund of the tickets I bought on line from Computicket of a show that was cancelled in Kariega. I send a WhatsApp on Monday the 16th asking about my refund since I’ve send Computicket an email on the 3rd of September requesting a refund then they responded on the email they did process my refund and it will take 7-14 days . Then on the 16 September I sent a WhatsApp to Computicket asking again about the refund a lady called Fiona said I should go to any Shoprite or checkers with my ID and the reference I will get my refund. Then on the 17th September at 11h00 I went to checkers cookwood with my ID and my reference as they have told me to do so on WhatsApp a lady called Computicket customer care because on their system they couldn’t give me my refund then we talked to a lady on customer care she was so so rude I left the store so angry.
