Bad service

I trust computicket to sell us tickets of right buses and hold them accountable for any bad service and I expect to be fully informed about the bus they putter me to. I bought Delta coaches ticket at ShopRite Their service is not only poor, but also unhealthy. Their bus is cool and wet people get sick as a result of wet, the is no communication or respect for customers, but the worse was having to endure loud music that we asked repeatedly to be reduced.
