Bad service

I bought tickets for Oscar Mbo, who was supposed to perform on the 27/04/2024 last year, event was cancelled, requested for refund, sent all necessary documents needed from me regarding the purchase of tickets, till today I'm still given run around, nobody seems to be taking my matter seriously worse part I've been patient with my money, Im currently being assisted by Agnes Makuoa, who comes to my emails requesting for the same documents and references I have been sending... This is really not acceptable, Im very disappointed by the service.
