Bad serrvice

It looks like Computicket cannot deal with events such as cancellations of concerts. They inform the customer, but that is where it ends. Trying to phone them on the number they give you, is an absolute disaster. At 65c per minute, who can spend more than R20 and then still waiting for somebody to speak to you - PATHETIC!. Trying their webpage contact - even worse. Then you email directly, they promise to get backl to you, and you wait, and wait, and wait.... And, OH! not staying in cities with big supermarkets that serve as agents, is almost like staying in a different country. No repsonse, no information (apart from the concerts that were cancelled), no progress, NOTHING!!!! PATHETHIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC!!!!!
