Bad new website for Computicket

This is about Computicket's new website. Obviously no one tested it properly before rolling it out. My password does not work, and I have been trying each day for 3 days to reset it. They promise to send a link on an email, which never arrives. Then there is a bot called 'Herman' who offers help. However Herman's timeout is set to 1s, so before you can even type Hi in the box, 'he' has quit the job already. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

The pity is, I have booked tickets for shows, buses and flights so many times through the old site, easily and often. Why fix it if it ain't broken Computicket?????
