Bad customer service !

On the Wednesday 16 April 2024 , I made an online purchase of a VIP Ticket for the Ahi Tivaneni event in Giyani hosted on 19 April 2034 Valued at R300.

However; I did not receive a copy of my ticket online and therefore the ticket was not redeemed . I’m yet to receive my refund . I’ve tried to send emails but they just didn’t bother getting back to me .

the service is just disgusting
