Bad customer service

Pethetic customer service from Myoes and very unprofessional. The reason for my call was in connection with purchase of soccer match tickets as I was advised by the following ladies from Cumputicket: Busisiwe, Pearl and Maggie that I can make purchase telephonically provided I have my bank cards i.e. Credit/Debit card. All three ladies have confirmed to me that the Kaizer/Pirates tickets for the Telkom Knock Out are avaliable - Mabhida Stadiam. I then went out to collect my wallet from my card (car park) since I'm on duty. Upon my return from car park, I then called Cumputicket again and spoke to a guy by the name of Myoes who was very unprofessional I then ended up asking him transfer my call to his superior. Unfortunately, thus didn't happen the guy cut the call. I'm a long standing customer at Cumputicket and I never been so disappointed. May I request management team to intervene on this matter?
