Bad Customer Service at Computicket

On the 19/01/2019 I bought an online ticket for a CAF match between Kaizer Chiefs and Zesco United..When I got to the stadium the promoters and their Supervisor couldn't let me in, claiming that I was supposed to go and fetch my ticket at my nearest Computicket Desk. I really dont understand what's the meaning of online purchase is, if you still going to tell me about going to Shoprite or Checkers. I had to go back home because I had no choice and the Supervisor who was on duty for that match was so rude when he was explaining the process to me, but I understand the colour of my skin allows him to speak as he likes to me. I just phoned the contact centre now they also can't refund my money.What upsets me the it's not the first time me buying a ticket online, I never experienced such.
