Bad clientele

Since I purchased Intercape bus ticket on the 28th of May for the 19th of this month with Computicket they haven't given me my reference and I've consulted with them since the 28th they're giving me run around been to the bank sent them proof of everything that the money it's been debited from my account but they are still ignoring my emails telling me they escalating the matter my frustration is that tickets are going up as school holidays are approaching. They have bad clientele because it's a whole week and weekend with no solution which I see them making their problem mine and I really feel ******.
