Bad after service

We purchased tickets for an event through Computicket, to our surprise when we got to the venue on the day of the event the was no event. My concern is that how come such a big company like computicket partner with ****mers to **** people. I called Computicket on the 31st of May 2024 to log a complaint, I spoke to Fiona who promised to call me back, I'm still waiting. Followed up with an email and WhatsApp, I'm still receive a reply from Computicket. I wonder why Computicket has their contact number, email address and WhatsApp number in their website only to ignore their customer's when we reach out to them via those channels. Wow what a bad after service from Computicket. Even my local Fish & chips store has better service than Computicket. Don't they verify these event organizers before getting in agreement with them to sell their tickets, just to avoid partnering with ****mers who **** people their hard earned money.
