Appalling website

This is such a frustrating site to work with. 2 x today, I tried to book for an event. I went all the way to payment, completed my OTP and everything, and then it just goes back to the main page. No indication if my purchase was successful or not. Seeing that nothing was deducted from my card, and thus suspecting I failed, I tried to purchase a 3rd time. Now the event is sold. How frustrating!!
