APM WC Bus

I booked a bus for tonight on Computicket trusting it as a source to ensure we deal with reputable companies. Only to book APM WC bus which is cancelled and I need to leave for Durban tonight. Theres no website no landline to call and complain. They not even offering to reimburse my money as it is VITAL that I leave tonight. What does one do in a situation like this
