My son bought the tickets on the 6 July 2024. He only realized after that he need the tickets for the 7 July 2024. We called computickets call centre to inform them to cancel the tickets for the 6 July 202. We were told to buy new tickets for the correct date 7 July 2024 and they will reimburse our money and it will take 14 working days. To date we haven't received our money. It's a month already and we are still waiting.
