Product never arrived, no response to multiple emails

I ordered a PC board from this German supplier. Despite charging me a R60 premium for immediate despatch, they still took three days to ship. Computeruniverse used DHL from Germany who have been beyond useless. No matter who I speak to, the best DHL can tell me is that my item is in transit. After 6 weeks. Somewhere. Computeruniverse has also failed to respond to my multiple attempts to contact them.
