ZERO Customer Service - Computershare
I have contacted Computershare on 16 September 2021 via their online portal to determine the procedure to move my shares that I hold with them to another broker. To date, I have received zero response from them. The main reason for me wanting to move my shares to another broker is due to their substandard customer service levels as demonstrated by this and my previous experiences with them. Computershare clearly does not value clients.
