Your Dealers do not know how to speak to customers
I called *** and asked to speak to someone in connection with selling shares, it was difficult to hear as there was a lot of noise in the background and a lot of laughing, sounded like a party, not very professional. Then I got through to Charlie, that was trying very hard to sound american and robotic at the same time. He was very arrogant and rude. I explained that I wanted to help my Mom to sell her shares as she does not have access to computers, internet, printers, scanners etc. He said does she have access to a phone(sarcastically), to which I said yes, and I asked which number she should call. He refused to answer this one simple question, every time I asked him, he would respond with, what number did you dial.........................very annoying and frustrating, simple question, simple answer, he needs to learn about manners and being polite and knowing how to speak to a customer, as he has obviously no experience or training in how to do that. He should definitely not be talking to customers!! So, for a simple task that I was trying to help my Mom with(while I am working), this has now turned into an annoyance.............................................
