My dad passed away in 1998 and he had shares with Phuthuma Nathi. A year later we drove from home to Jhb with my late Mom to Computershare offices. I was still young at that time and didn't understand the issue of shares at all. When we got there, some lady took my dad death certificate, letter of authority appointing my Mom as an executor and my dad's id document and made copies. Thereafter they said they will send us information via post, nothing ever happened since then. In 2019, I then received a call from some lady and advised me that she's calling from Computershare and thereafter asked me about my dad and I told her he's late. Immediately after I said that, she responded by saying she'll come back to me and hanged up before I could even take her details down.

In light of the above, I'm therefore enquiring about my dad's dividends since we have never had any communication from Computershare as promised. Secondly I would like his shares to be transferred into my name. I have been calling Computershare on several occasions but no one answers the phone. Please assist me
