WORST SERVICE EVER - ALWAYS
Each time i call computer share WITHOUT FAIL, I have a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - its as if they TRAIN their staff to have BAD ATTITUDES - its as if they try to find a reason to NOT BE HELPFUL - you can hear the glee in their voices when they think they are going to create a stumbling block - today i was asked a RECORD of 9 SECURITY QUESTIONS - the agent went from one question to the next and i could hear the agitation in her voice because she was unable to "CATCH ME OUT" - the are just terribly pathetic. I only gave them 1 STAR because you can't rate ZERO STARS

The security questions for selling shares are designed to establish that the person to whom we are speaking is indeed the rightful owner of the shares before we process the transaction.
