WHAT HAPPENING TO MY 967 NETCARE SHARE AND DIVENDENDS ON IT...MISSING????

I was contacted by my Netcare St.annes Hospital which i worked in from 2007/01/01 to 2018/08/29 on Monday 4 September 2023 was told in sms shares due to you that need to be paid out. Contact employee C K from computershare for it urgently.

I was confirmed telephonic days after sms with my hr dept St.Annes hospital Netcare that i have have shares due to me amount 967 and was told to contact Computershare employee C K ( known her full name).

My number of shares due to me 967 was confirmed in email 28 August 2023 sent to her.

Please note next my Shares was issued during my stay at netcare.

I was told my shares is underwater and do not have value on the July 2023 debt allocation . which i find strange because my shares was given before i left netcare.

i checked all shares trated on market and all off them have value and is strong during last 5 years, none reported underwater.
