We have been communicating with the transferee of the shares regarding outstanding documentation. We are please to advise you that, having received the documents, the transfer was completed on 29 September 2015 and advice of the transfer was sent to the new shareholder.
We apologise for not having kept you updated with progress because were under the impression that the transferee would have done so.
