Very Disappointed
In order to dematerialise my shares, I had to have 50 pages on bank statements etc etc all stamped by a commissioner of oath......this took me weeks to gather together and get done. I finally go and DHL it to Computershare's physical address. Only to find out that it has not reached the department it should have.....??? I now have no idea where it is at Computershare offices in JHB.....all I received from them was an email, which you cannot reply to.
Please can someone HELP me in finding out what happened to all the paper work I sent. I know they are a huge organisation......but with my ID etc......surely they can pick up on where the hell all my paper is sitting????
