Uselessly inefficient bunch of .....

I contacted Computershare on their ***number 2 weeks ago regarding an urgent sale of my Sanlam shares after being unable to do so online. A gentleman in their call centre informed that I would have to be FICA'd (this after previously submitting a certified copy of my ID, utility account and tax number some years back), so I duly obliged and sent the documents once again. I was then informed that the water and lights account had to be certified, so I went and had this certified and sent the document again to their 'ficaverifyelectronic' e-mail address. I then receive yet another FICA rejection mail stating that I have to now provide any 2 of the following: - A certified national, provincial or local government document; and/or - Any court order; and/or - Certified Retail credit accounts (e.g. Edgars, Woolworths, Jet etc.); and/or - UIF or pension payments; and/or - Any other certified official third party document from a credible source e.g. doctor's accounts, medical aid statements, university documentation. My dilemma is that I don't have any retail accounts, I am not a pensioner, not claiming UIF, don't have a court order against me, have no reason to deal with national, provincial or local government (who would want to anyway??), I'm not at university, and I don't see my doctor's accounts as these are submitted to my medical aid. SO that leaves me with a medical aid statement that must be certified. WHY DIDN'T THEY GIVE ME THE FULL DAMN LIST OF WHAT I HAD TO SUPPLY IN THE FIRST PLACE AND QUIT WITH THE MESSING ME AROUND WITH EVER INCREASING DEMANDS FOR FICA'D DOCUMENTATION!!! It is enough of a stress load getting documents certified as our local police station is not the nicest place to visit - filthy, and in a dangerous part of town. Besides, they wouldn't know a FICA requirement if it hit them upside the head - they just stamp the document and sign. All this to sell a few lousy shares .... I am so pleased that this will be my last dealings EVER with this useless and inefficient institution. (I can't call them an organisation as they are most certainly NOT organised!!) I called their complaints section this morning to express my annoyance at being asked to provide even more documents for FICA and after 20 minutes of being placed on hold their automated message informs me that they are experiencing high call volumes and I must call again later. AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!
