Useless!!
Useless and **********ly withholding dividends. Being asked to pay in order to have dividends released, then nothing. Completed and submitted the same docs over and over again.
I will report this to the reverent oversight bodies. All other reviews are similar.
It is clear as day that the modes operandi is to make customers jump through endless hoops and withhold their funds that is due to them.
Dont even try and phone them , you will hold forever then get cut off.
USELESS!

Shares are still being withheld by Computershare, so future dividends will not be paid and I cannot trade the shares. Over a year.
Please don't pat yourself on the back as nothing is resolved!
This is disgraceful and tantamount to THEFT!!

10 Dec 2021, 10:32Yes, about 20 times, please check the emails I sent over the past 14 months. My other shares were sorted, which required the same docs. So either you did not do your due diligence when processing those, which is also worrying, or in fact, you have it- OBVIOUSLY
