Unhelpful, inefficient, shocking administration!
<p>I requested to move my share portfolio to my bank 3 months ago and this has still not happened! Computershare have been inefficient and unhelpful throughout this process! When they have requested me to action something (fill out forms) they just didn't process it on their side and it was up to me to follow up with them on numerous occasions! This is unacceptable.</p>

09 Dec 2016, 15:08We have transferred shares in two companies to your bank but you have not surrendered the share certificate for the third company for exchange. We have provided your bank with the Lost or Mislaid Scrip requirements in case you are not able to find the certificate. You will also be required to sign a withdrawal form once the shares have been dematerialised. We have been in touch with your bank and are awaiting further information.
