TOTAL FAILURE BY COMPUTERSHARE

Good day, @ Complaint please lodge yet another third official complaint against Computershare on my behalf in terms of FAIS reporting.

Your response below on 7 Oct 25 “we have escalated to the relevant department” has absolutely no effect since as at today 23 October, (16 days later) no action/response has yet again been taken in true form to Computershare repeated dismal performance. These continual time wasting efforts on my part need to come to an end with such a useless uncaring institution failed institution and I intend taking the matter up with the FAIS as despite previously bringing the matter to the attention of senior executive , not a single bit of action or addressing of the complaint appears to be of concern to executive as well.
