They are not worthy of a rating
<p>This company is shocking. For almost 2 years I have been trying to get them to refund a R249.90 dividend - wrongly credited to the investor's old bank account! Off late every follow up is diverted to Standard Bank who seem to be equally disinterested in sorting out this refund.</p>
The dividend you refer to was paid into the bank account which we had noted on our records at the time. We had not been informed prior to the dividend payment that the bank had changed.
As we have advised previously, we are not able to reclaim this amount and the responsibility for the matter lies with yourself and Standard Bank.
We regret that we are not in a position to assist you and suggest you take up the matter with Standard Bank again.
