The worst company to deal with!
Since Monday I have been trying to find out where my husbands original share certificate is, it needed to be de- materialized , it was delivered via Currier on Friday. Monday I had to phone 8 times spoke to Vanessa who said she will leave a message for someone to get back to me ASAP , it's now Thursday and still no joy.I phoned Tuesday and spoke to Mapule the lady that signed for the documentation . She got back to me and let me know it had been scanned in but when put through to a consultant no one knows what is going on . I had contact with Mapule on Wednesday who said she would get back to me on Thursday nothing. After numerous calls and email no one seems to be bothered in the least . I want to know where my husbands original documentation in NOW!!
Your husband's documents were received on 15 January 2018 and were scanned into our workflow system. The certificate needed to be exchanged since there had been a corporate action since it was originally issued. Whilst we are waiting for the new certificate to be issued, we have began the process of opening an account for your husband. As soon as the certificate is received, it will be dematerialised into the account and we will advise you that the process has been completed.
