I had shares which I wanted to sell. Documents were sent to Computershare in Rosebank. After 1 month no progress was made as the documents were no even captured on the system yet. Luckily I met Makosonke Maseko who answered the phone. He is a friendly person and was very helpful in finding the documents. He kept his promise in keeping me updated regarding the progress until the money was in my bank! I experienced excellent service from Makosonke and he walked the extra mile for me!
