Terrible service in selling Sanlam Shares, 6 months and still waiting!!

I have been trying to get Fica Verified since August 2020. I have sent numerous, and i mean numerous emails just to either not hear back from any consultant or to find out that my documents have been declined for some reason, only when I decide to phone and check up on the process.

I have sent emails explaining a specific matter which might bring confusion and i honestly don't know how i can help the process along any easier. Once they decline my documents, they send an email of documents needed which is all the documents i've sent, certified and within date as requested, leaving me very confused as to why my documents have been declined? Can you please just be more specific!!! And the best part is I have to wait more than a week to be able to find out whether they have declined it AGAIN or not.

Can someone senior please contact me to resolve this matter?
