Telephone answering and no acknowledgement of receipt of documents
<p>The telephone answering service at Computershare is atrocious. My experiences are waiting long for the phone to be answered, lenghty transfers, being cut off and having to phone again. Also I sent documents to them but receive no confirmation</p>
We have tried calling you, have left messages and have sent an email but have not had a response from you.
We have been experiencing high call volumes and apologise for the fact that you were not able to reach us earlier.
We look forward to your response to our email and being able to assist you.
