Takes a month to complete a request
Sadly, I have to write this bad review. I had used the call centre which was helpful. Sent in my documents and have waited 2 weeks. No response as of yet. My mother went through the same process (after me) as she had the same issue and was successful. I guess being serviced is luck of the draw.
