Still unable to get my share payout
i app**** for my Vodacom shares payout just before the deadline in March. Everything was completed via the online portal. I was advised the money was paid into my account. I asked which account only to realise it was the incorrect account. They then said I must wait for the money to return and they will then pay it into the account I requested in my original application. A week later they paid it into the same incorrect account again. I call back numerous times only to be told I must wait again for the money to be paid back and then they will for sure pay it into the account I stipulated this time round. Last week I was advised the money was processed and should reflect 11 or 12 April... I am very unhappy at the haphazard way my request has been handled. Nobody in the call centre can ever give me a certain answer. My money was supposed to be in my account this morning. NOTHING IS REFLECTING. I am tired of calling in and being put on hold for long, at my expense only to be given feedback that never materialises. What is going on within your company?? <br> I have spoken to the manager Brian, on numerous occasions and he has not bothered to call me back when he says he will.
We do apologise for the fact that your payments was made twice into the wrong banks account. This resulted from system problem which has now been rectified.
The payment was made into the correct account on 11 April 2016 and should already reflect on your account. We have tried to call you to confirm but have not been able to get a reply.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have been caused.
Kind regards
