Slower that the SA postal service.?

I have registered last year with all requirements ( ID / bank stamp verification/ proof of address . etc,) Now the web site is asking for an "ACTIVATION CODE" I have clicked this every 10 days -->To access this feature you must first enter your Activation Code into the Activation Code box on the left-hand side of this page. For security purposes, access to your Investor Centre account will be limited until you enter the Activation Code sent to you by mail.

It then states wait up to 7 days for the email. ????? is the service related to the SA postal service as even they are faster than ComputerShare.
