Shocking Service - my money has dissappeared!!!!

From the 4th of November I've been contacting the ComputerShare call centre in South Africa as my dividend payout was transferred into an account which was closed a few years ago. Besides been cut off multiple times I have yet to get any solid feedback. ComputerShare keeps on saying that the transfer was successful. I have called the bank multiple times and even visited in person and they are sure that the account does not exist and that ComputerShare must submit a withdrawal of the transferred amount. This has been escalated to the manager of the call centre (Celina Morgan) and the plans department (Brian Semake) and all I get back is that it's under investigation. Something is wrong here, I've even been told that they cannot get through to the back.... This is ridiculous! Can someone help me!!! What about the interest on the amount which has supposedly been successfully transferred??? Where is the service???

Your payment was processed on 1 November 2018 into your old bank account and, since the account had been closed,  the payment was rejected.  However, the rejection did not reflect immediately on our reconciliation since the return of the payment was delayed.  We received notification of your new banking details on 5 November 2018 and our records were amended accordingly.  We are pleased to advise you that the payment was returned on 21 November 2018 and has been processed for transfer to your new account.  The payment should reflect on your bank statement within the next few days.
