Shares not transferred after 9 months
Worst service and empty promises. I have been trying to transfer shares for 9 months now. Calls not returned, or email feedback. Personally delivered all document to their offices and still no progress.

20 Apr 2022, 13:54Charlene Cramer thanks for the assistance in getting the shares transferred. The shares have been transferred into my Mothers' name and is reflecting on her online account. It is unfortunate that it took so long and that the service I received before the complaint was so poor.
