Shameful service
The service i have received from Computershare in dealing with my deceased father's estate has been shameful. No real intention to help me and confusing, contradicting and duplication of request for information. I have explained the specific circumstances a number of times, but i keep being asked the same questions over and over. I will escalate this to whatever industry body regulates them.

The replacement of a lost share certificate is a complex process which does take time to finalised. As soon as we are able, we will dematerialise the new share certificate and you will be able to trade the shares.
