Sanlam Shares
It is week 3. I phoned and send e-mails to ComputerShare call centre just to be answered on phone that I must e-mail them. E-mail them then they tell you in an e-mail that you can contact them by e-mail or call the call centre. A woman phoned me but telling me they are very busy and she actualy cant help me. I need my Sanlam Share certificate from Sanlam. Sanlam just refer me to ComputerShare. And so the endless loop start all over again.

The feedback received following your last post was that you were contacted and that shares need to be dematerialised before sold. However, your feedback indicates that this isn't the case and we'll investigate this internally (to the extent of pulling the recording as well).
