Sanlam Computershare

My late father held sanlam shares via the computershare platform,he eventually passed away 2011 and I'm the sole executor of his estate. In my quest to close off his estate I contacted computershare to update personal information and surrender any available shares. I was told that in November 2020 the shares where sold back to sanlam as they could not make contact,bear in mind I made contact with them in 2018 to update the information record. When covid restrictions where implemented certain services where cancelled like the postal services and maybe in the confusion their correspondence in this regard was lost in the mail. They told me there's R3405.00 dividends available on the account. I strongly feel that I have been ****** and there should be more in terms of dividends and shares available.
